New Record On The Way From Teenage Fanclub

Scottland’s Teenage Fanclub is back in 2005 with a brand spankin’ new album. The band will unleash twelve tasty songs for the world to enjoy with Man-Made. The record is being released in the UK on their very own label, PeMa. After a four-year hiatus, we will finally get to hear fresh, new pop goodness from frontman Norman Blake on May 2. According to the Glasgow Daily Record, the new album was recorded in Chicago and was produced by John McEntire. About the new songs, Blake said: “It’s not too different to what we’ve done before, more a continuation. We’ve changed stylistically over the years and there has been a lot of technique development. Before maybe our sound was a little more primitive. We played one of the tracks, Save, at the tsunami concert and it went down well. We don’t have plans for a single just yet though.” To the right you can enjoy the album cover art. Stay tuned for tour information and the official track listing.
