Stereophonics Reach #1

Welsh rock trio, Stereophonics, have had a bit of good luck lately. After a charting career of eight years, the band has finally had its first official No. 1 single in the UK. The song is “Dakota” off of their new album Language Sex Violence Other due in the US in March via V2 Records. The song beats out Nelly, Britney Spears, The Bravery, and even Elvis Presley this week. Could this be a preview of what the band has in store for the USA as well? Let’s hope so. If you want to check out the track for yourself, or watch the video, surf on over to their official site. We dig it and you will too.
