It is funny how you forget about a band and then one day they surface up in the news. Remember club favorite Crystal Method? Apparently the electronica duo are back and have been working on some exclusive remixes of New Order’s “Bizzare Love Triangle”, the Doors’ “Roadhouse Blues”, and Smashing Pumpkins’ “1979” for its new mix collection, Community Service II. Billboard reports that the cd is due April 5 via 3AM/Ultra, and the set also features tracks from UNKLE, Uberzone, and Evil Nine, plus several Crystal Method originals. Starting March 20 the DJs will go on a two-month tour including hitting Winter Music Conference, and a KDLD station performance.
