Wonder kid Willy Mason has just announced plans to tour with buzzing indie rock stars The Decemberists next month. Beginning on May 4 in his adopted home town of New York City, Willy will play 18 dates across the East Coast, Midwest, and Southern US, effectively going full circle for a tour-ending performance at the Warsaw in Brooklyn on the 26th.
Mason will be supporting his debut album, Where The Humans Eat, throughout the course of the tour. The 12-track songwriting masterpiece is on the verge of going Gold in the UK and Mason is hoping for similar results Stateside. See him and you’ll agree… this 20-year-old is something special.
