Beggars Banquet Seals The Deal With Film School

Beggars Banquet is on a roll as of late; signing bands that are worthy of play left and right. Now, the newest edition to the Beggars family is San Francisco’s Film School. If you are not familiar with Film School, they are a five-piece band that released an EP on Amazing Grease Records in 2003. In 2004 they had a track entitled “Harmed” that was included on a Fierce Panda EP that featured various U.S. bands. As a result they received some pretty heavy acknowledgement in the UK playing everywhere from Barfly to Metro, and even opened up for TV On The Radio at the Garage. The guys also have a pretty solid history of touring the west coast, and they most recently are putting on the finishing touches on the new album that is being mastered in Los Angeles. The full album is slated to come out this fall, but in the mean time you can get yourself acquainted with Film School by clicking here.
