Mando Diao Return This Fall For Brief Stateside Tour

Swedish rock/soul/punk outfit Mando Diao have announced plans to return to the United States this fall for a short series of tour dates in support of their latest effort, Hurricane Bar. The five-date tour will begin on October 1 with a performance at NYC’s Keyspan Park at Coney Island as part of the Across The Narrows festival. The band will then head to the West Coast where they’ll perform live on Indie 103 on October 3 prior to their show later that evening at the Troubadour.

Keeping true to just about every Swedish band I’ve ever seen, Mando Diao fill their live shows with incredible intensity. Slightly cocky, definitely talented, these young Swedes live to kick peoples’ asses with their blend of soul, garage rock and punk. If you live in one of the cities below, do NOT miss Mando Diao.
