Everyone is getting in the spirit to help with the Hurricane Katrina relief programs that are going on. One awesome annual festival, Austins City Limits, is no different. The outdoor fest is taking place during September 23-25 at Austin’s Zilker Park and will be host to two different donation centers. All of the funds collected will go to the American Red Cross. Along with the donation booths, there will be a special commemorative t-shirt that will be available in the merchandise tent, with proceeds going to the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic.

Charlie Jones, festival producer stated, “Music has served as a healing force many, many times in the past, and it will do so again at this year’s Austin City Limits Music Festival. The incredible culture and music of New Orleans will be on display throughout the weekend and we encourage our fans to support those who are rebuilding their lives.”
