What if we told you that Jeff Tweedy, Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, Cat Power, Vic Chesnutt and Aimee Mann were all performing for free in NYC next month? Well, it is true. As part of a series of shows called Music Downtown, these artists (among others) will be playing free concerts from November 14-20 at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center.
If you want to get in on these free shows, head over to the Downtown Information Center (25 Broad Street at Exchange Place) today where tickets will be distributed from 11am to 7pm. The rules are you can only get two tickets per person and only for two of the shows. This is first come, first served, so take a long lunch break today and snag these while they last.
