UK “it” band Test Icicles, will release their Boa Vs. Python EP today (Nov 1). The latest signing to Domino Records (Franz Ferdinand, Sons & Daughters, etc), Test Icicles rock with the cursing-in-your-face, fuck you-ed-ness of punk rock mixed with the angular guitars and booty shaking rhythms of the dance/punk underground, a fact that anyone who caught their appearances at CMJ this year can attest to.
The band will be back in NYC to do press for their new EP and forthcoming debut album (out January 24) next week. They also have a couple of live gigs lined up as well. This will probably be the smallest venues you’re ever going to see these guys in again, so if you have the will, be sure to make it out. Details below.
