South Gives Insight To New Album

Fans of South can now officially rejoice! The band has announced via their fan list that their new album, Adventures In The Underground Journey To The Stars, will be released on April 4, 2006 through Young American Recordings, the worldwide home for South.

During 2005 the group set up a new studio to record and self-produce their new record. They also had some additional production and mixes done by Dave Eringa, who previously worked on South’s With The Tides. Adventures In The Underground Journey To The Stars is following up the limited EP release of Speed Up / Slow Down.

So you can’t wait until April? Currently the band’s official site is being revamped, but you can still lurk and chat on their message board. To do that, click here.
