Bonnaroo Dates Announced For ‘06

The kids behind the Bonnaroo curtain are at it again. Superfly Productions and A.C. Entertainment have confirmed June 16-18 for the fifth annual Bonnaroo Music And Arts Festival, which will once again return to the beautiful pastures of a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee, just 60 miles southeast of Nashville.

For a rock festival that “promises to trump its previous four in scope and success”, expect a lineup of activities as diverse as its artists – including a 24-hour cinema, a comedy tent, digital music lounge, wireless hotspot, silent disco and masquerade ball. To preserve the ideal festival experience, ticket sales for 2006 have been capped at 80,000 (a reduction of 10,000 people and the same capacity of three years ago).

We’ll let you know as soon as they start revealing the line-up.
