Arctic Monkeys Return To North America

Arctic Monkeys teased their salivating North American fans with a handful of dates late in 2005. With their debut full-length, titled Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not, hitting the US on February 21 via Domino Records it should come as no surprise that they are returning to our shores.

After catching them firsthand in NYC at the Bowery Ballroom, this Sheffield-born quartet sent the non-industry half of the crowd into a frenzy, making for one of the most memorable concerts I witnessed in ’05. Could these dudes become the next big thing? With a solid collection of songs ready for release along with a killer live show, this UK band is a powder keg just ready to explode. Radio will be receiving their single “When The Sun Goes Down” very soon, so get ready!
