New Flaming Lips Music Here, Come Get Your New Flaming Lips

As your Tripwire buddies revealed to you last week, Oklahoma City’s favorite iconic experimental rockers The Flaming Lips will be dropping their new album, At War With The Mystics, on April 4 via Warner Bros. Records. We gave you the tracklisting and shit already so if you want to see it, go here.

We DO however, have some new info for you. First off, the debut single will be “The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song”. Is it about Karen O? We don’t know either, but if it is, that’s awesome. We also know that the first track that will be available for you to hear is this, “The W.A.N.D.”, so check it out.

Word on the street is that The Lips recorded a buttload more tracks than actually made it to the album, meaning we’ll have a bunch of cool b-sides to play with later on, which is always fun.

That’s it for now. Enjoy!
