On Wednesday, February 1 the three-year-old internet radio site, BAGeL Radio, will be hosting another edition of the California Homegrown Music Series. The event happens once a month and focuses on the best rising talent from the San Francisco area. Best of all, it is also free, which is hard to beat.
The next show in the series is no different and will include Birdmonster who won Live105’s Best Local Band competition. Along with them will be Absolutely Kosher Records’ The Ex-Boyfriends, and post hardcore/pop-rock meets shoegazer band Serene Lakes. The concert starts at 9:00pm sharp and takes place at the Mezzanine. Oh yeah, and it also happens to be the station’s birthday party as well. Why don’t you buy them a drink, I mean you are getting some free rock!
