We have a musical tip for our Los Angeles area readers. Rockers Sabrosa Purr have confirmed a Thursday night residency throughout February at Spaceland. The first show is next Thursday, February 2. The band goes on at 11pm, so you will still have plenty of time to watch My Name Is Earl and The Office.

Although I would suggest attending every night of the residency, if you had to pick just one of these performances, February 16 is the one to hit up. Dangerbird labelmates La Rocca are opening up for Sabrosa that night, which is a band I can assure you is going to be making some serious waves in 2006. You can thank me later.
