Sigur Ros To Release EP, Return To North America

If Sigur Ros happened to miss your town on their last tour, which just ended recently, they heard your cries and have announced another string of dates. Taking care of the cities they didn’t hit last time, their two-week North American run will kick off at Coachella, concluding in Boston on May 14. They are still supporting last year’s brilliant Takk, making their third trip to our continent since the album’s release.

A fresh batch of Hopelandic goodness isn’t far away, as the band has recorded a few new songs to be included on a forthcoming EP. In a post on their official website, their manager said that the group completed four new songs, which will be released along with “Saeglopur” in Europe next month.
