Soft-spoken Swedish singer/songwriter Jose Gonzalez will be following up three sold out NYC gigs this week with a performance on Conan. For his national television debut, Gonzalez will play “Heartbeats,” a cover of fellow Swedish act The Knife’s song and the soundtrack to that Sony Bravia TV commercial with the superballs bouncing down the hills of San Francisco (airing in Europe). Gonzalez will re-release his debut album, Veneer, on April 4 via Mute Records.
