If SXSW and Winter Music Conference didn’t kick your collective asses into a drunken oblivion with BBQ sauce stains still being removed from places you didn’t know existed, then pay close attention. This week in San Francisco, the annual music festival known as Noise Pop is going down. Beginning this past Monday and running through Sunday, April 2, it is also featuring bands like Flaming Lips, Silversun Pickups, and more.
If you are in the area and attending the festival, then be sure and head out to the Noise Pop headquarters (A.K.A. Thee Parkside) tonight, Wednesday, March 29. From 5pm-9pm there will be acoustic mini-sets from Tripwire favorites Birdmonster, along with The Heavenly States and Hijack The Disco. Admission is free, and the event is being hosted by BAGeL Radio. Did I mention that there will be drinkies? What are you waiting for? This is your invitation!
