David Garza first caught my attention during my college radio days back in 1998 with his 4-Track Manifesto EP. This teaser for his major label debut album, This Euphoria, got me hooked on his alt-pop greatness with songs such as “Discoball World” and “Another Shot.” Throughout his career he has toured with the Smashing Pumpkins, Ani DiFranco and now Fiona Apple. He currently has three songs streaming on his MySpace page, which you should check out if you happen to be unfamiliar with his unique brand of catchy rock-folk-pop. Hopefully his upcoming tour will help bring Garza a new group of fans to enjoy his criminally overlooked music.
