We first caught wind of the mighty return of The Rentals back in October. Last month the band dropped some actual concrete information, including their new lineup. The Rentals v2.0 includes founding members Matt Sharp and Rachel Haden, along with newcomers Sara Radle (vocals/various instruments), Ben Pringle (synth), Lauren Chipman (viola/vocals) and Dan Joeright (drums).
Although the album won’t be rocking until 2007, we will get a chance to check them out live later this summer. It is definitely time to kick out some Moog flavored jams.
