As a fan of Galaxie 500, Catherine Wheel and My Bloody Valentine, I was mighty impressed when I stumbled upon this shoegazer mix on the blog Kwaya Na Kisser. This great collection of MP3s should bring back a feeling of nostalgia for those familiar with the sonic bliss of shoegazing, while also introducing this short-lived genre to the uninitiated.
A cool part of this mix is the addition of a few modern day bands who have brought shoegazing to their own sound, such as Autolux and Engineers. I will be enjoying this mix for the rest of the day. Check it out here.
