One of the only awards worth following, the Nationwide Mercury Prize, has just announced this year’s shortlist of nominees. Several of our favorite UK artists made this list this year, including Arctic Monkeys, Editors, Richard Hawley and Thom Yorke. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, September 5. Anybody want to make any bets?
