Philadephia and New Jersey are home to more than cheesesteaks and smoke stacks gardens. The area also home to a pretty awesome unsigned indie psychedelic rock band called Like A Fox.
Like A Fox is a five piece group that consists of Jay Laughlin (formerly of Lenola), Jeff Scioli, Brian Wilkinson, Pete Girgenti and Dave Grubb, who also doubled as the engineer for Lenola. After Lenola disbanded in 2002, Laughlin and Grubb created their current project, Like A Fox; which finally got their full lineup two years later. Their sound is a unique cross between The Sophtware Slump-era Grandaddy meets dream pop group Mercury Rev and their electronic/rock songs are definitely something special.
They recently finished up their debut self-tilted album and are looking for a loving label to call home. A&R reps, get to know Like A Fox.
