The Brooklyn duo known as Shy Child might be under the radar for a lot of Americans, but that is going to change in the upcoming weeks. The band has been doing fairly well in the UK, enough so that they have remixed everyone from The Futureheads and Editors to The Archie Bronson Outfit.
While the guys call Say Hey Records home in the States, they have recently signed a deal with PIAS/Wall Of Sound for Europe and will be touring North America with Hot Chip in November. In addition, Shy Child will be releasing their third album in early 2007.
Go see these guys live. You can’t beat a band that has a drummer and a keytar even if you tried.
