Although their itinerary isn’t complete, IV Thieves have announced a portion of their upcoming North American tour. The British Austinites (originally from Nottingham, England, yet residing in Austin) will be on the road to support their brand new album, If We Can’t Escape My Pretty. I had the pleasure of catching them at NYC’s Mercury Lounge back in July and was blown away. Their blend of British rock and American blues reminded me of Oasis, Supergrass, The Beatles and The Kinks on stage, turned all the way up to eleven. If you want to see a damn good band, make a point to catch IV Thieves during their latest jaunt.
