Watch The Good The Bad And The Queen Online

Last night marked The Good, The Bad And The Queen’s performance at the Roundhouse in London. Although they have had a few warm-up gigs, this was more or less their official debut show, which was taped by the BBC for their Electric Proms series.

In case you have missed any of our earlier bits on this project, it is essentially the latest from Damon Albarn (Blur/Gorillaz). This time round he partnered up with Paul Simonon (The Clash), Tony Allen (Fela Kuti) and Simon Tong (Verve). The project, which is more of an album than a real band, was produced by Danger Mouse. The debut single, “Herculean”, is being released (and deleted on the same day) in the UK on October 30.

Since most of us couldn’t take off from work to experience their performance last night, and that pricey plane ticket was a bit out of my budget, we can still watch the concert online via BBC. The entire concert is streaming until November 2, so make sure you watch it while you can. It isn’t as cool as actually being there, but it is better than nothing.
