Who would have thought that we would already have another Garbage-related bit of news to post? Last week we gave you the details on their upcoming greatest hits album, Absolute Garbage. Now it looks like frontwoman Shirley Manson has decided to start up a solo career.
According to AOL, the Scottish singer has asked a few friends to help out with the album. Her debut solo outing will include assistance from Jack White, Billy Corgan and The Blue Nile’s Paul Buchanan. Not much else is known about the album yet, although the general consensus seems to be that it will come out at some point in 2007. Stay tuned.
