It’s so nice to see that the indie labels are out there in full force gobbling up deserving bands. The newest group that found a place to call home was Los Angeles’ Great Northern, who recently signed with Eenie Meenie Records. You might know that name because it is also home to Tripwire favorites Irving and Hockey Night.
Great Northern was showcased at SXSW earlier this year, and have been making tons of fans in their Silver Lake circle with a self-released EP. Their label debut LP, Trading Twilight For Daylight, should hit stores next May.
