No Time Off For Oasis

A couple of months ago Noel Gallagher told Billboard that Oasis had no plans to work on a new album yet. It seems that Liam has already gotten restless and is ready to get back to their studio. Of course, he has to wait for Noel to finish up the songs, so who knows how much truth there is in this.

In interview with Uncut, Liam said: “I reckon we’re going to start doing something this month, go to our studio. It’s the bollocks. Fuckin’ old Tudor ranch in High Wycombe, fucking stay there and get it done. Just got to wait for Noel to finish his tunes I suppose.”

The band’s “best of” compilation, Stop The Clocks, hits stores on November 20. For die-hard Oasis fans in NYC, you can celebrate the release of this collection at the next meeting of the All England Club, which takes place on November 15 at Lolita Bar. Although we’ll remind you next week, you can read more about this event here.
