Video – Bloc Party “The Prayer”

Bloc Party has debuted the video for their brand new single, “The Prayer,” online at the BBC Radio One website. The track is from their upcoming sophomore album, A Weekend In The City, which is due out in the US on February 6 via Vice.

The video was directed by Walter Stern, who you might remember as the genius behind such amazing videos as Massive Attack’s “Teardrop” and The Verve’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony.” This particular video marks Stern’s return to video after several years, as he films the Bloc Party guys at a London nightclub that gets a little trippy. Remember when Nancy Reagan told you to just say no to drugs? This is why.
