One of 2006’s success stories, Tapes ‘N Tapes, has run into a bit of bad luck as of late. The Minneapolis band was in Australia and was robbed in Perth.
According to Drowned In Sound, the band has lost their passports, computers, guitars, map and various other things. In a statement, the band said, “If you are in Perth, and happen to see any of these items under suspicious circumstances, please let the police know or email us. Thanks for any help!”
Since the band doesn’t have computers, we aren’t sure who is checking their email. Your best bet is to hit them up on MySpace if you know of anything.
