With just a couple of shopping weeks left until Christmas, panic has started to set in for those of us still hunting for a cool gift to give. If you are trying to find a present for that somebody who is impossible to shop for, you might want to check out this list from Core77. I stumbled upon this while browsing Boing Boing the other day, and it does have some rad ideas.
Core77’s 77 design gifts under $77 ranges from the useful to the bizarre, but chances are you’ll find something on here that will catch your eye. For a stocking stuffer, they have the Tetran headphone cable winder (pictured above), which is a rubber spikey looking pac-man that will chomp down on your earbuds while you wrap the cord around its “limbs.” For ten bucks it is pretty cool.
For the creative friend or member of your family, perhaps they would like the iStopMotion software from Boinx. This works with a Mac and an iSight camera to help you create stop-motion films.
