Brooklyn Vegan just caught wind of the official lineup of free NYC concerts as part of the River To River Festival. Artists performing include Hot Chip, Okkervil River, The Hold Steady, Eels, Smoosh, Alex Chilton, Super Furry Animals, Son Volt, Belle & Sebastian, Mates Of State and Ted Leo.
