Go-Betweens’ Co-Founder Grant McLennan Dies

Australia’s The Go-Betweens seemed to be back on a rise after their reformation in 2000, and with their 2005 album, Oceans Apart, that won an ARIA Award. Unfortunately all that changed yesterday with the sad news about Grant McLennan’s death. On May 6, Grant McLennan passed away in his sleep at his home in Brisbane. His mother, sister, brother, girlfriend Emma, band mates Adele Pickvance, Glenn Thompson and lifetime musical Go-Betweens co-founder/friend Robert Forster survive him.
