Best NYC Restaurant Idea EVER!

New York is now home to the ultimate comfort food restaurant. S’MAC, a new eatery opening up this weekend in Manhattan’s East Village, will be serving up variations on one main food: mac & cheese! Sarita’s Macaroni & Cheese may now replace the spot in my heart once taken by the now defunct Grilled Cheese NYC.

You can bet your sweet ass that I’ll be rocking S’MAC next week, trying out the All-American, 4 Cheese, Cheeseburger or perhaps even the Cajun. If cheddar & pepper jack cheeses, andouille sausage, green pepper, onions, celery, garlic and Cajun seasonings doesn’t sound awesome, you can also build your own dream mac using a variety of tasty options.

This has the potential to become one of my favorites. See it for yourself by visiting their website: smacnyc.com
