The Pipettes Are Coming To America

Brighton, England-based ’60s-inspired pop music hotties The Pipettes are making their first trip to the US in March for SXSW. The three beautiful band members – RiotBecki, Rosay and Gwenno – will play a few warm up dates before making the trip down to BBQ town. They’ll kick things off in Toronto on March 10 for Canadian Music Week and then pop into NYC for a Bowery show that’s sure to be a frenzy on March 13. Then it’s all fun in the sun in Austin.

The Pipettes are doing quite well for themselves in the UK with the release of We Are The Pipettes, their debut album (released through Memphis Industries). Though it doesn’t have a release date in the US yet, it’s starting to pick up steam here as well.
