A lot of us are still getting warmed up to the idea that Johnny Marr is officially a part of Modest Mouse. Apparently Marr is in it to win it, as the band announced this week on their official website that their new album, We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank, will be released on March 20.
Rumor has it that the band will play a handful of shows in the US in March before going on a world tour. Their first single, “Dashboard,” can be heard streaming on their MySpace and official websites. Peep the tracklist below.
