The View Return To The US

The young Scottish rockers The View made a quick stop in the US in January, hitting both coasts and leaving the rest of the country in the lurch. We just learned that the lads are returning to our shores in March, starting in Brooklyn on March 3.

The guys will be celebrating the US release of their debut album, Hats Off To The Buskers, which hits stores on March 13. Not like they don’t have enough to celebrate already, as they debuted at #1 in the UK. This happens to be the first time that has happened to a Scottish band since 1974 with the Bay City Rollers. Well done!

After The View’s recent banning from Travelodge hotels overseas, we can’t help but wonder how their North American tour will go. Perhaps they will soon be able to cross Holiday Inn or HoJo off their list!
