According to their MySpace page, New World Record is a blissful, sonically charged four-piece from Cambridge, UK. Luckily for them (and us) the description isn’t too far off from the truth. The unsigned band self-released an EP, Not The Pilot, which received over 500 advance sales on the band’s website. It is now sold out, but you can check out some of the tunes on their MySpace page.
Fans of Doves, Nada Surf and Bloc Party should take note and download the track below. Something tells us that it won’t be long before these guys find a deal in the US.
