How is it possible that Tori Amos is now scheduled to release her ninth studio album? NINTH! It seems just like yesterday that the world was introduced to her piano-driven brand of introspective pop via her brilliant debut, Little Earthquakes. On May 1, she returns with her brand new album, American Doll Posse.
Amos produced the album, which she recorded in Cornwall, England. To support the release, she is also embarking on a world tour, It will begin on May 28 in Rome, Italy, taking her to Germany, Norway, Poland, Belgium, the UK and more to be announced soon. We are definitely interested in hearing the new tunes, as he last few efforts have lacked the spark of her initial few records.
