Meat Puppets Begin To Confirm Tour Dates + New Album

If you woke up this morning with an overwhelming desire to wear that flannel shirt that has been hiding in your closet since high school, you can blame the Meat Puppets. Afer spending more than a decade apart, the Kirkwood brothers have reunited to make their first album since ’95s No Joke. Has it really been that long?

The new album, Rise To Your Knees, will hit shops in North America on July 17 via Anodyne Records. We happened to catch them in Austin at Stereogum’s party at the Levi’s/FADER Fort, and are happy to see that more dates have now been announced. Although more shows are TBA, here is what we know for now.
