Oh Los Angeles, your bands are sooooo good…
One of the better ones as of late to come out of the area is Great Northern. Their debut LP for Eenie Meenie comes out May 15, and we have been loving their tunes for a while now. The band just wrapped up a video shoot for “Home,” which was directed by Josh Forbes (The Shins, Cold War Kids, Irving). Currently the band has some pretty big support from KCRW and Indie 103, but we imagine that this time next month there will be flocks of kids surrounding them.
