We have dug Canada’s Shapes And Sizes for a while, their whole “cute theatrical indie rock vibe” as our own Jeffrey Thrope mentioned in his review last year, is fun and promising. The foursome’s new album, Split Lips, Winning Hips, A Shiner will be coming out on May 22 via Asthmatic Kitty. If you want to see them live, you’re going to have to wait until June, but rumor has it that there will be some “golden tickets” inside the limited edition vinyl LP that you can pre-order on the label’s site.
