After nearly four months on the road, Albert Hammond, Jr. is preparing to head out again this summer for another round of dates. He is supporting his debut solo album, Yours To Keep, which was released this past March. He will also appear on his debut television performance, taking the stage on CBS’ The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, which will air on May 23.
