Yesterday we posted an MP3 from the upcoming Ladybug Transistor album, Can’t Wait Another Day. We just got word (how we missed this last month we have no idea) that the band’s drummer, San Fadyl, passed away last month suddenly due to asthma.
On Tuesday, June 5, Ladybug Transistor will be playing a special night to remember San in Brookyln. The benefit concert will take place at Brooklyn’s Soundfix, and proceeds will go to San’s wife Brigit and son Liam. In addition to Ladybug Transistor playing, Sasha Bell (Essex Green), Amy Linton (Aislers Set), Jow McGinty (Baby Steps), Gary Thomas (Individual Fruit Pie), Ed Rodgers (Bedsit Poets) and Pipas will be making an appearance.
