Here is the video for the second single off of Arctic Monkeys’ sophomore album, Favourite Worst Nightmare. The visual accompaniment to “Fluorescent Adolescent” definitely qualifies as a nightmare, especially if you have a fear of clowns. Even for those who don’t, clowns beating people and blowing up cars is a sure fire way to give you nightmares for days.
According to Domino Records’ website, the video was directed by Richard Ayoade, which stars Stephen “Scummy Man” Graham from Snatch and Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels. Oh yeah, and don’t forget about the clowns.
