With the formal release of Metric’s Grow Up And Blow Away, the band can’t seem to stop from popping up in the news. Today, we got this little tidbit that is sure to make fans get their butts to Toronto stat.
Emily Haines is filming her next music video and is looking for some volunteers. You have to be in the Toronto area by shooting day, Monday, June 25. Sounds like the premise is going to be a beach-blanket-bingo extravaganza as well. There will be a beach scene shot on a thermal camera. Oh, and FYI, you will have to wear a bathing suit and participate in summer fun beach activities like BBQ-ing, building sandcastles, walking dogs and downing brews (fake, of course).
