Next week marks the release of St. Vincent’s debut album, Marry Me. As we’ve mentioned before, this is the musical project of Annie Clark, who has previously spent time in the choir for the Polyphonic Spree as well as in Sufjan Stevens’ touring band.
With the album comes a string of tour dates, which she has just expanded to run through the first couple of weeks in August. To see what all the buzz is about, watch the video clip of her performing a DUMBO session of her song “Your Lips Are Red.” The session was filmed and recorded at Atlantic Sound and Union Hall in Brooklyn.
