The one and only Animal Collective will be unleashing their brand new album, Strawberry Jam, on September 11 via Domino Records. We’ll be getting an early taste of their new material when the first single, “Peacebone,” hits stores on August 21. The various formats of the single will include remixes by Black Dice and Pantha Du Prince, along with the non-album track “Safer.”
There is even more good news, as the band will also be embarking on a North American tour this Fall in support of Strawberry Jam. They will kick things off in Boston on September 5, wrapping up with two nights at NYC’s Webster Hall on September 30 and October 1.
