Free live music is always a good thing, which is why we’re here to notify our NYC buddies that you now have plans on Thursday evening. Tim Williams will be performing a free show at Cake Shop, where you’ll be able to enjoy some the new tunes off his upcoming Dovecote album, When Work Is Done. Doors are nice and early (7pm), so hop on over after work and enjoy what should be a great evening of music. We’ve been going bananas over his new album, and are jealous of our east coast friends who will get to hear the tunes live before we will. Williams has a few additional east coast dates coming up as well, which are posted below. When Work Is Done hits stores on October 2.
